Vision
BridgeBuilder's International Leadership Network's vision has its foundation in God's Word as presented by Jesus' lifegiving prayer in John 17.23:
"May they be brought to complete unity to let the world know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me."
Mission
BridgeBuilder's purpose is to attain the ministry's vision by deploying its resources via the following methods:
- Mobilize the Church in united fervent prayer
- Foster spiritual renewal among Christian leaders
- Facilitate the ministry of reconciliation among Christian leaders and the Church
- Encourage Christian leaders to partner in "city reaching" initiatives to further God's Kingdom on earth
- Strengthen Christian leaders to fulfill their God-given call
Values
BridgeBuilders strives to model its values or core beliefs through the following ministry performance goals:
- Give highest priority to the Lordship of Jesus Christ through communion in prayer and obeying the holy Word
- Model biblical unity through the ministry of reconciliation
- Honor the local church and its pastors and leaders
- Serve Christian leaders in a spirit of humility and grace
- Maintain the highest level of integrity, Christian ethics and excellence in ministry
- Accountable to God, board members and those financially supporting BridgeBuilders through excellent stewardship of God's resources
